Wonderful

Good hotel, clean and staff are very friendly and efficient. The foods served during breakfast is good and delicious. Location wise, its in the centre of Aceh, there are KFC and Pizza Hut distance walking from the hotel.

Probably the hotel can also provide hair dryer, washcloth, hand towel in the rooms.

Room was good. Comfortable. Friendly staffs. Breakfast buffet was decent with a good amount of varieties. Close to tourism centers.

Slight sewage smell from the showers. No convenience stores nearby.

Traveling Solo in Banda Aceh

Being a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe. It was centrally located and very nice. And the working hot water in the bathroom was a special treat. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

A very nice hotel and a great value.

A very nice hotel and a great value. You really get an amazing experience here for a fairly small amount of money. It also seems pretty new, so both the rooms and public spaces are in very good shape. The check-in staff are very kind, and able to answer questions about the area. The location is pretty good, as the hotel is located near a lot of local restaurants and a few western fast food chains, along with some small shops and a ton of souvenir stores if you want to take some coffee beans home.

Overall, it was great to stay in Kyriad hotel. I enjoy it.

This hotel is located in the city center.

The convenience store is quite far from the hotel. And on the minibar in the room, there is no snacks or noodle cup. So, I should endure my hungry and snack time. It will good if the hotel put some snacks inside the room.

Room 622 has a closet with some kind of engine inside running all night. If you are a light sleeper, you might need a different room.

Even though you get a non-smoking room, the smoke smells from people smoking in the smoking rooms still gets in your room via the ventilation ducts. They need to have smoking and non-smoking floors.

Overall room quality

The room was not ready as promised. On the check in day I called the hotel at 11 asking whether I could check in earlier, since I travelled with family started at 4 in the morning. The staff told me no, and room will be ready at 14. At 14:30 room was not ready, 15:00 room was not ready, it was finally ready at 15:30.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The foods are delicious. I enjoyed both the food in the breakfast buffet and room service. The hotel location is very convenient as it is very close to most of the tourist attractions and a lot of good restaurants.

The bed was a bit hard and the water pressure for the toilet bidet was quite weak.
